Microsoft released a “Security Rollup Package” that provides a cumulative rollup of all security updates that have been offered since the release of Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2). Security problems are real, and they’re different than virus attacks. To be protected, you have to be as committed to security updates as you are to updating your virus definitions. If you’re running Windows 2000, install Service Pack 2 if you haven’t installed it yet, then install the Security Rollup Package!
