Yahoo released its free desktop search tool for lightning fast searches through Outlook folders and documents on your computer. It’s following closely behind the Google Desktop and the MSN Toolbar Suite.
Yahoo purchased very appealing technology from X1 for its desktop search program. The interface is intuitive and the program produces results literally as you type in the search terms. All results appear in a preview window, making it easy to see if you’ve gotten what you need. It’s really extraordinary to see the results appear instantaneously – give it a try!
